For PANAMA, the minimum requirement is 3 Directors and 3 Officers (President, Treasurer and Secretary, the 3 Directors can also act as the Officers if desired). Directors and Officers can be *corporate entity(ies) or natural person(s). Details of initial and future changes in Directors and Officers must be recorded at the Public Registry.
For BAHAMAS, the minimum requirement is 1 Director which can be a *corporate entity or natural person(s). Officers are not mandatory, although a Secretary is recommended. Details of initial and future changes in Directors and Officers must be recorded at the Public Registry.
